Ordering methods: Musicshoponline.com / MSOL.biz has four ways to order: Secure Shopping Cart - Using our secure shopping cart system is the fastest and easiest way to order. Simply click the 'Add to Cart' button next to an item and it will be added to your cart. When you want to check out, just click the 'Shopping Cart/Cart Contents' button and then the 'Checkout' button. This method gets your order processed in the fastest way, as it gives us all the information we need, in the least confusing manner.

Email - You can send us an order by email at sales@musicshoponline.com . Please make sure to include all the information we'll need to process your order: full details for all items you want to order, your full name, your full billing address information, delivery address information and credit card details (card type, card number, issue date, expiring date, security code - the 3/4 digits on the back of your card, on the signature strip, at the end of the card number). Don't forget to state clearly how you want us to ship your order: priority mail, UPS standard (wherever available) or UPS express.
Phone - If you'd like to place an order by phone during business hours (Central European Time), take note of the item details for all items you want to order and ring us on +39 051 727095. Credit card - We accept all most used credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, JSB, PostePay, Pay Pal.
Cash On Delivery - During the checkout you can choose the C.O.D. option
with order delivery and payment collection by the Italian Post Office (only
if your delivery address is in Italy) or with UPS (virtually everywhere). In
both cases a commission for payment collection will be charged by the carrier
on top of the usual shipping costs.
Advance bank transfer - You can send your order to us by email, fax
or phone (please check the above ordering details). You will receive a confirmation
from us with the total amount to be transferred, including shipping costs. You

order to us by email, fax or phone (please check the above ordering details).
You will receive a confirmation from us with the total amount to be paid, including
shipping costs. You will pay that amount to the following number of Conto Corrente

Returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item
